Terms of Service for Easy Make Web Builder

1. Introduction Welcome to Easy Make Web Builder. b. Renewal and Cancellation: Your subscription will automatically renew according to your plan's billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.c. Fees and Payments: Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

1. Service Level Agreement (SLA) We commit to maintaining a 99.9% uptime for our services. This uptime percentage is calculated on a monthly basis. If we fail to meet this level of service, customers may be eligible for a credit against a portion of their monthly service fees. Specific terms and procedures regarding such credits are available upon request.
2. Use of the Service You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Easy Make Web Builder and its licensors.
4. Website Hosting and Transfer Restrictions By using the Easy Make Web Builder, you acknowledge and agree that any website created utilizing the Easy Make Web Builder cannot be transferred or moved to another hosting provider. The website is designed and built within the proprietary framework of the Easy Make Web Builder, and as such, it is not compatible with external hosting environments.

Upon discontinuation or cancellation of the Service, all website data, files, and related information will be permanently deleted. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that any necessary backups or copies of their data are retained prior to the termination of the Service.

1. Arbitration Agreement

a. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.b. Arbitration: Any disputes arising from or relating to the Service, or these Terms shall be finally settled in arbitration, conducted in Pennsylvania, pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

1. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
2. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our site. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
